Import your events

Import a CSV with one delivery or pickup per row. Use the template to match these column names. Existing IDs are updated; new rows are added.

1. Prepare your file

Required: name, date, type, address, start, end, arrival. Dates: YYYY-MM-DD. Times: HH:MM (24-hour).

2. Preview your stops

Choose a CSV to validate it before importing.

Use Load from IO for the secure read-only connection. CSV import remains available.

Review events for a date, then add a delivery or pickup. Set the customer's agreed arrival window before saving. IO bookings are never changed.

Events may include quotes and cancelled bookings. Check the status before adding a stop. Plans save on this browser and are not shared between devices.

Search Event Hawk / GoHighLevel by name, email, or phone. Select the correct customer to fill the contact details for this stop.

This lookup does not change Event Hawk contacts or send messages. Arrival-text sending will be added to the driver workflow.

Calculate arrival time

Calculate a driving estimate to this stop using current traffic.

Setup address

Calculating sends the departure point and setup address to Google Maps through MAC Hub. Use my location requests your phone’s location once for this estimate.
